When carrying heavy stuff in the car or on the passenger seat, the seat belt warning bell goes off, which is annoying. There should be an option to disable that for passenger seats per drive.
It should be possible to turn off TILT/Intrusion WITHOUT having to turn off Sentry mode at the same time. Example: Home parking at night - a bug sets off the alarm, waking up the neighbors.

The car could make recommendations for changes to driving style and charging that prioritize battery health.

When driving down CA highways motorcycles can split the lanes legally. I have to get out of auto pilot to make extra room for motorcycles. It would be nice if autopilot would nudge over a foot or two to allow extra room for motorcycles to go by.
I drive in the UK on the righthand side. It would be great if the important screen menu commands could be on the right. Currently the menu layout is biased to left hand drive cars. Surely an easy software menu fix?
When locking the car it would be great to have all the electric windows closing automatically. Having the app tell me after locking the car that my windows are open seems a little dumb. All prestige car manufacturers have this facility.
Instead of limiting Cabin Overheat Protection to 12 hours after exiting the vehicle, it would be nice to have it on all the time if the car is plugged in (and the SoC is > 20%).
Use cameras to detect an approaching cyclist/car and prevent door opening. an indication could signal on the screen.

Have a setting to turn both vents on (driver and passenger by default).
I prefer to have the whole car cooled down rather than just the driver side and i find it much better to do it. clicking in each time could be a setting saved to my profile.
I had to rent a Kia Sportage for work a while back. One thing I noticed that was different which I liked: Some of the features restricted to Tesla's Autopilot existed as "always on" features.
There needs to be an easy way to submit new feature requests (hardware and software) directly to Tesla through the mobile app. Maybe each user can submit up to 2 submissions per month to keep it controlled, etc.
"Change my Steering Mode to Sport"... Seems like this should already work.. BUT, it does not.
Dynamic/Speed Based Steering mode - In addition to Comfort, Standard, and Sport, add AUTO or DYNAMIC. With this give the ability to choose steering mode based on speed.
Our garage has quite a low ceiling, so we had to reduce the max opening height of the power liftgate of our Model Y.

"Chill" and "Sport/Normal" are nice options to have. But what would be really nice is if I had my own accelerator curve and averaging speed to work with.
Currently when you schedule a long trip, it will have to take or skip superchargers based on your ability to reach them, then suggest how long to charge. I probably accelerate more aggressively than most, but that 10% charge at arrival often turns into 2% instead.
As there's no physical vent to adjust it would be nice to have an option to reset the vent to a standard position or setting. Sometimes it feels like it's not aligned anymore even after I've tried to align it back in the middle. Thanks.
My partner doesn't like air con - even in the summer. I'm hot blooded and always have the air con on in warm weather but there doesn't seem to be a way to turn the passenger vents off when she's sitting there. It's totally unbelievable to me that this is not possible!
Delaware (and other states) require the use of headlights when using windshield wipers. If it starts raining, wipers start automatically, but in more difficulty driving conditions, I have to tap through screens to turn on lights? Would be safer to allow voice activation or allow a setting to tu
I didn't yet have a chance to drive the Dual Motor in ice and snow, but heard that the front motor only joins after the rear wheels have lost grip. I'd prefer the "low-fun" but safe way with both motors at 50:50 balance on ice & snow.
