Save custom trips.

So we got waypoints now. That's awesome. Just one more thing now. Let us save some of these trips. Not locations, but the trips themselves.

I have family about 3 hours away and 2 superchargers along the way. It isn't necessary for me to hit both superchargers, but I do anyway for a shorter charge and a nice break. It was weird doing this manually so waypoints will help, but I do this trip enough that being able to save the waypoint sequence would be worth it.
